Background includes hardware engineering at BAE Systems on radar/CAD work, applied AI integration across the small-business stack, and a stubborn belief that the right answer to "how do I save 12 hours a week" is almost never "buy another piece of software."
The technical infrastructure runs on production-grade tools: Stripe for payments, Make.com for workflow orchestration, SendGrid for email, the OpenRouter API for language model inference, Supabase for state. Every automation is monitored. Every customer interaction is logged. When something breaks, we know before you do.
One-time setup fees and optional monthly maintenance. That's it. We don't sell your data, we don't take affiliate commissions from the tools we use, we don't run ads, we don't have investors pushing us to upsell things you don't need. You pay us directly. We work for you directly. That's the whole business model.
